“Dictionary” configuration tab
59+ Log maintains several
dictionary tables. The user can configure three of them –“Bands”,
“Modes” and “Operators”. To create and modify the tables use the
“Dictionary” tab of the configuration dialog.

You
can create new bands and modes. The award manager
will calculate award values for created bands and modes automatically. |

Available controls

“Dictionary table” combo box – it is used to
switch between bands, modes and operators tables

· Default RS(T) values - only enabled when working with “Modes” dictionary. Set default RS(T) reports in this column. When you add a new QSO in the log values from this fields will be taken and will be stored in database unless explicitly overwritten by the user
Grid popup menu
By right clicking in the
grid you can bring up a popup menu. The following table shows items of the menu:

After you press “Apply”
button of the configuration dialogs all grids will update their contents, the
award manager will recalculate award values for new bands and modes and the
summary grids will be redrawn.
