Run-time dialog (RTD) resource editor allows modification of dialog box area during the execution time. The editor can be invoked by the user to modify dialog resources and store new configuration for future use. 

RTD can be used for customizing complex data entry dialogs. It can be used in any type of applications where data entry takes considerable amount of time and where the user may wish to optimize dialogs design.

RTD was used in 59+ Log to allow modifications of QSO Edit dialog. The following links contain more information about the application and the control.
