Important: Standard Microsoft Libraries

Starting from version 1.4 Microsoft libraries are no longer included with the installation - the libraries already come pre-installed with most operating systems such as Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows 2000, Windows XP and latest Windows NT Service Packs (SP3). If 59+ Log does not start up after the installation ("DLL not found" message displayed) - you will have to upgrade your system by downloading and installing the standard Microsoft libraries using the following link - Microsoft standard libraries.
The link provides some details about the libraries as well as self extracting files. Download the file and run it once on your machine. You will be asked to restart the PC.
